This website is provided for general information about Wasatch Finish and the finishing services we offer. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Licensing and scope
Wasatch Finish operates under a Utah DOPL R101 license (Ref #14270598-5501), which authorizes non-structural residential and small-commercial remodeling and repair. We do not perform structural, load-bearing, or foundation work, and we refer work outside our license scope to the appropriate licensed contractor.
Estimates are not a contract
Any figures shown on this site, including the Finish Estimator, are non-binding estimates for general guidance only. They are not a quote, a bid, or a contract. Final pricing follows an on-site visit and a written, scoped quote, and is confirmed in a separate agreement before any work begins.
No warranty on site content
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete or current. Photographs shown reflect prior finishing work and are presented to illustrate craftsmanship, not to represent any specific project location.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wasatch Finish is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Your service relationship with us is governed by your written project agreement, not this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
