The difference
Most contractors disappear. We finish.
The most common complaint about contractors on the Wasatch Front is always the same — vague quotes, prices that creep, and crews that vanish mid-job. We built Wasatch Finish to be the opposite.

What you get in writing
A scope you can hold us to.
“Free estimate” means nothing if it’s a number on a napkin. Every Wasatch Finish quote is a written, line-item scope — so there are no surprises when the invoice comes. This is what that document looks like.

What does Wasatch Finish do?
We’re a licensed Utah DOPL R101 home finishing studio — not a general contractor. Non-structural finishing: basements, bathrooms, interior painting, drywall, doors, and room-level remodeling within existing walls. No structural changes, additions, or gut rebuilds.
What areas do you serve?
Highland, Alpine, American Fork, Lehi, Draper, Sandy, and South Jordan — across Utah County and Salt Lake County, including the Silicon Slopes corridor.
How much does a basement finish cost?
It depends on square footage, finish level, and condition. Most scoped finishes land in a mid-range budget under $50,000. Use the Finish Estimator for a range, then we confirm with a line-item quote after an on-site walkthrough.
How long does it take?
A straightforward basement finish or single-bath remodel usually runs several weeks from start to final walkthrough — not months of open-ended scheduling. We set a target schedule in your quote.
Are you licensed?
We hold a Utah DOPL R101 license and carry coverage for the work we perform. Our license number is listed on this site.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We scope every project with clear payment milestones tied to progress, so you never pay for work before it is done, and we keep finishes under $50,000. Ask us about payment options when we put together your quote.
How does quoting work?
An on-site walkthrough, then a written quote that breaks out labor, materials, and assumptions — including what’s excluded. Approve it and we set a start date and a point of contact. Changes are documented before extra work proceeds.
Let’s scope it straight.
One on-site visit, one clear written scope, one finish date. No vanishing act.
