Questions
Home Remodeling, answered.
What counts as non-structural remodeling?
Finishing and refreshing within existing walls — paint, drywall, trim, doors, flooring prep, and fixtures. We do not move load-bearing walls, add square footage, or touch the foundation.
Can you coordinate multiple rooms at once?
Yes. We scope the full set of rooms up front with one schedule and one point of contact, so the work stays coordinated and on track.
What if my project needs structural work?
We will tell you, and refer you to the right licensed contractor for that portion. We stay within our R101 finishing scope and keep your project honest.
Let’s scope it straight.
One on-site visit, one clear written scope, one finish date. No vanishing act.
